| We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us within one week and we will correct it. As a courtesy to others, we ask that you please put your cell phones on silence or vibrate. Confirmation calls are done as a courtesy to remind you of your appointment. Please don’t rely on our call to remember your appointment. We kindly ask all bridal parties to contact us within 48 hours of scheduled appointments for any cancellations or changes. A deposit of $100 for bridal parties will be taken at scheduling. If there is a returned check to us, there is a $20.00 service fee due with your re-payment. For the safety of your children, please do not leave them unattended. |

| Available for wedding parties & other special occasions. Gift Certificates Available CANCELATION POLICY We Understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reservations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelation and no shows cost our staff money. Clients who last minute cancel or no-show appointment will first, get a warning. The second time, clients will have to pay for 50% of missed service. The third time, from there on clients will be asked to prepay for appointments. Due to scheduling commitments, other clients, and our staff’s personal schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. |
